A great make-&- take experience! The staff are friendly and helpful through every step of the process. Staff is knowledgeable about the different kinds of bonsai and how to take care of them. Definitely recommend!

Great Experience with My First Bonsai! Scheduling the appointment online was quick and easy. I arrived later in the afternoon when it was already dark, and at first I had a little trouble locating the shop. Parking on the side street worked fine, though I was slightly concerned about enforcement since there wasn’t much signage—but that’s not the business’s fault. Once inside, Amelia was incredibly kind and helpful. She guided me through selecting the right pot size and plant species for the bonsai I wanted, based on where I planned to keep it. After seating me, she explained how to gently break up the roots for repotting and why that step is important. After repotting, Amelia taught me the basics of bonsai shaping and pruning—how to visualize the structure, identify areas for trimming, and understand the timing for future pruning. When I was happy with the shape, she helped me design the decorative arrangement. The appointment even included a nice selection of decorative rocks and accents at no extra charge. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and learned a lot. I plan to return soon to get a juniper bonsai—this first time, I chose a wine umbrella and couldn’t be hap

Such a cute fun experience to have by yourself or with someone. The person who helped us was also very sweet and gave all of us suggestions on our tree’s. I loved being able to pick out which tree I wanted to keep and make my own.

Loooved going here! The staff was very friendly, Bryce was sweet to work with. Very reasonably priced. Took a little over an hour and they have more plants coming soon which makes me want to return. Fun idea for a date or girls night out 😊🌳
